Pamala Altman

Agency Vice President

Pamela Altman is an experienced retirement specialist, who is known for helping, educating, and supporting clients. She focuses on developing strategic investment plans to reach their future financial and lifestyle goals. Pamela is currently working toward a securities license. She is applying her knowledge and skillset in her role as a trainer and a leader at IWBI.

“Most recently, I’m focused on training people all over the country while still growing myself and my business locally. I guess you could say I’m living the dream.”

Pamela is from Bexley, Ohio. She’s also lived in St. Louis, Scottsdale, San Diego and just recently moved to Tucson, AZ.

After earning her undergraduate degree in Education from Washington University in St Louis, and then her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from UCSD, she entered the teaching world to explore her passion for children, learning and sharing what she knows.

“I’m always amazed at how many people in IWBI either were a teacher or have a parent who was a teacher. I think it gives us a greater understanding and heart for the teachers we work with. So much of what we do is educating educators.”

Pamela says her approach is very honest and genuine and considers herself one-part heart and soul and one-part fire.

With a knack for teaching and selling, and helping others, Pamela is passionate about finding innovative ways to grow her business and expand her influence. As a result, she’s recognized by her company and her peers for her contributions to leading by example, inspiring and influencing others to do the same.

When Pamela isn’t working with her clients or with the IWBI team, you can find her hanging out and traveling with her kids, working out, playing tennis and trying to become a better iPhone photographer.

For most people, a retirement planner doesn’t sound very interesting. For Pamela, helping people is her passion and she strives to make a positive impact on peoples’ lives.
